Personal checks are accepted
with a valid NH drivers license and telephone number. Checks must be for the exact amount of the sale, and we do not accept
checks for over $500.00. We also do not accept two-party checks.
We cannot "hold" checks, and all checks must have sufficient funds at the time of writing.
Checks returned to us as insufficient or "NSF" are subject to a $25 fee and must be paid for
in full with the fee within one week of the checks return. Payment can be made with cash or credit card in person, or credit
card payments over the phone are accepted.
Unfortunately, due to the nature
of certain products we cannot accept returns on the following *items:
Fiberglass Tubs, Showers
Electrical items, including pumps
*All items carry the manufacturers full warranty.

Refunds can be made within 30 days from purchase

15% return charge will apply
Full amount can be refunded in the form of a store *credit.
*In store credits are valid for a maximum of 1 year.
Any item being replaced
under warranty must be returned to us,
and a replacement
must be purchased. A refund* will be available as soon as the item has been returned the manufacturer and deemed defective.
We will hold the invoice from billing until the credit comes from the manufacturer at which time it
will be applied.
*Refunds can be mailed
in the form of a check or we can apply the credit to your credit card if the information is supplied.
